一、会员定义 What Is a Member?

会员是指正式注册并缴纳年费的家庭或个人，享有以下权益：

A member is an individual or household who has registered and paid the annual membership fee, with access to the following benefits:

 

专属会员身份认证 Member Badge

优先参与活动 Priority Access to Events & Workshops

新年特别礼物 Lunar New Year Gift

会员专属折扣 Discounts on Merchandise & Special Programs

社区支持与文化共建 A sense of belonging and community support

 

二、会员类型 Membership Plan

家庭会员标准年费 Family Membership Regular Fee： – $60/year

早鸟价 Early Bird Rate（09/01——10/31）：$50/year

适用于同一家庭的 2位成人 + 1位儿童,Valid for 2 adults + 1 child from the same household.

每增加一位家庭成员（成人或儿童）：+$10/人/年

Add $10/year for each additional member.

 

适用于新会员或续费会员 Early Bird applies to new or renewing members.

 

三、有效期 Membership Duration

每年有效期为：1月1日 – 12月31日

无论加入时间早晚，费用均为全年标准。

例如：6月加入，仍按全年缴纳。

Membership is valid from January 1 to December 31 each year.

Annual fee applies regardless of join date.

四、会员费用性质 Nature of Payment

所有会员费用均视为对本组织的支持性捐赠，用于持续推动文化项目与社区服务。

All membership fees are considered supportive donations, helping sustain our mission and programs.

 

 五、退款政策 No Refund Policy

一经缴费，恕不退款。

Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable.

如果不想续约，可在次年选择不再续费。

If you decide not to continue, simply choose not to renew next year.

 

六、会员声明 Member Acknowledgement

本人自愿成为会员，理解会员资格是基于对本组织理念的认同与支持。

I voluntarily become a member in support of the organization’s mission and values.

本人同意遵守组织的行为规范，理解会员身份不代表主办方或工作权利。

I agree to follow community guidelines. Membership does not imply staff role or operational authority.

本人理解所有会员权益仅限组织安排的公开活动范围内提供。

I understand that all benefits are available only within the scope of scheduled public programs.

如有违反组织政策的行为，组织方有权终止会员资格。

The organization reserves the right to revoke membership in cases of policy violation.
